We also automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and device information when you scan our QR codes or use our platform.

We use the collected information to: (a) process and manage your orders at participating restaurants; (b) manage your participation in loyalty programs; (c) send you administrative and marketing notifications (if you have consented); (d) improve our platform and services; and (e) comply with legal and security obligations.

3. Third-Party Disclosure

We share your information with: (a) restaurants where you place orders to facilitate service; (b) third-party payment processors (such as Stripe, PayPal, and ATH Móvil) for secure transactions; (c) technology service providers necessary for platform operation; and (d) legal authorities when required by law in Puerto Rico.

4. Do Not Track and Cookies

We use essential session cookies for shopping cart functionality and user session management. In accordance with DACO Regulation 8568, we inform you that our platform currently does not respond to web browser 'Do Not Track' signals.

5. Security and Breach Notification

We comply with the Puerto Rico Personal Information Security Act (Act 39-2012). In the event of a security breach compromising your personal information, we will notify you in accordance with the terms and timeframes established by said law.
